Lindsey Thompson,

Assistant of Diane Brooks

Lindsey grew up in the small town of Napoleon in Northwest Ohio. She graduated from Napoleon High School in 2001 and attended college at Ohio University in Athens, OH. In 2005, Lindsey graduated Magna Cum Laude from OU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism-Public Relations and a minor in Business. At school, Lindsey was active in Campus Crusade for Christ, wrote for the school newspaper, The Post, was executive editor of the Scripps' School of Journalism alumni magazine, and worked as a tour guide and tour guide coordinator.

While at Ohio University, Lindsey met her future husband, Matthew, through Campus Crusade for Christ events. Lindsey and Matt were married on Sept. 3, 2005, and moved to Fort Thomas, KY, located just across the river from Cincinnati. There, Lindsey worked for the Cincinnati Art Museum as a Visitor Services Assistant. She was responsible for taking care of daily visitors' needs as well as marketing and promotions for the museum. In June of 2006, Lindsey and Matthew moved to the Indianapolis area for Matthew's new job with Assurant Health/Northstar Marketing, where he markets John Alden health insurance products. They bought their first home in Noblesville in July and are enjoying remolding their home and being home owners.

As Diane's Assistant, Lindsey has learned a tremendous amount about the Real Estate business. In addition to office assistance, she creates marketing pieces for Diane's client listings and communicates with the sellers to keep them abreast of marketing statistics and feedback from home showings. Lindsey also assists Diane with client home searching and shopping. Also, as Diane creatively comes up with new marketing ideas for her business, Lindsey helps put them into action.
